The St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Program allows foreign individuals to obtain citizenship & passport through one of four options. The minimum amounts are based on a single applicant and will vary based on the size of family.

OPTION 1
nATIONAL ECONOMIC FUND DONATION
MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $240,000
Investors may make a contribution to the Saint Lucia National Economic Fund in one of the following levels of contribution:
- $240,000 – Main Applicant with up to three qualifying dependents
- $10,000 – for each additional dependent under 18 years of age
- $20,000 – for each additional dependent above 18 years of age
- $5,000 – for a newborn child of a citizen who is 12 months of age or below
- $35,000 – for a spouse of a citizen
- $25,000 – for each qualifying dependent of a citizen other than a spouse
OPTION 2
REAL ESTATE PROJECT
MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $300,000
A minimum investment of $300,000 into an approved real estate project. The purchased property must be owned and maintained for 5 years.
OPTION 3
GOVERNMENT BONDS
MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $300,000
A minimum investment of $300,000 into Saint Lucia Government bonds. The bonds must be held for 5 years.

OPTION 4
ENTERPRISE PROJECT
MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $250,000
A minimum investment of $250,000 USD into an approved enterprise project which creates at least 3 jobs.
