Workers may also include their family in their application and after a period of 5 years of permanent residency are eligible for citizenship.

SKILLED WORKERS

Must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years of job experience or training.
Must be performing work for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.

PROFESSIONALS

Must be able to demonstrate that you possess a U.S. baccalaureate degree or foreign degree equivalent, and that a baccalaureate degree is the normal requirement for entry into the occupation.

UNSKILLED WORKERS

Must be capable of performing unskilled labor (no training or experience required) that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.

EB5 Immigrant Investor Programme

The USA EB5 Investor Programme seeks to attract foreign individuals who will be entitled to obtain a Green Card in a period of approximately 24-30 months, upon investing a minimum of $800,000 in a U.S.-approved project and by fulfilling other requirements.
