EB3 Immigrant Visa Programme
The USA EB3 visa allows a U.S. employer to sponsor a foreign worker. Eligible professionals, skilled workers, and other workers (unskilled) can receive a U.S. green card based on a full-time job offer from a U.S. based company. Workers may also include their family in their application and after a period of 5 years of permanent residency are eligible for citizenship.SKILLED WORKERS
- Must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years of job experience or training.
- Must be performing work for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.
- Must be able to demonstrate that you possess a U.S. baccalaureate degree or foreign degree equivalent, and that a baccalaureate degree is the normal requirement for entry into the occupation.
- Must be capable of performing unskilled labor (no training or experience required) that is not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the United States.
EB5 Immigrant Investor Programme
Minimum Investment – $800,000
The USA EB5 Investor Programme seeks to attract foreign individuals who will be entitled to obtain a Green Card in a period of approximately 24-30 months, upon investing a minimum of $800,000 in a U.S.-approved project and by fulfilling other requirements.
