The Investor Programme in St. Kitts and Nevis seeks to attract foreign individuals who will be entitled to obtain St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship and Passport in a period of approximately 4-6 months, upon making one of the following investment options.

Investment criteria

OPTION 1

sUSTAINABLE ISLAND STATE FUND

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $250,000

The contribution amounts for the Sustainable Island State Fund is as follows:

  • $250,000 USD – Main Applicant or a family of up to four persons
  • $25,000 USD – for each additional dependant under 18 years of age
  • $50,000 USD – for each additional dependant 18 years of age or older

OPTION 2

DEVELOPER REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $400,000

Applicants may invest in approved developments at a minimum investment, as required by law, of $400,000, resellable after 7 years.

OPTION 3

PRIVATE HOMES SALE

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $400,000

Applicants may apply for citizenship by investment by purchasing either a condominium unit or share in real estate development for a minimum of $400,000 USD or a single-family private dwelling home for a minimum of $800,000 USD. The real estate must be held for 7 years.

APPROVED PUBLIC BENEFIT PROJECT

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $250,000

A minimum investment per application of $250,000 must be made in an Approved Public Good Investment, payable to an Approved Public Good Investor.
