4. Age Limit in Connection with ELEVAY
To be able to make payments on www.elevay.com you must be at least 18 years old. When placing a payment, you automatically confirm that you are 18.
5. Open 24 Hours a Day
www.elevay.com is, as far as possible, open for payment 24 hours a day. There may be interruptions, such as system updates from us or our IT supplier. In principle, these kinds of minor interruptions will not be announced.
6. Payment errors

7. Receiving Services
Once you have made a payment with ELEVAY, you will receive a receipt for your payment. We reserve the right to reject your client agreement. The above data is stored with your payment information for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, after which the information is deleted.
