The Investor Programme in St. Kitts and Nevis seeks to attract foreign individuals who will be entitled to obtain St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship and Passport in a period of approximately 4-6 months, upon making one of the following investment options.

Investment criteria

OPTION 1

sUSTAINABLE ISLAND STATE FUND

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $250,000

The contribution amounts for the Sustainable Island State Fund is as follows:

  • $250,000 USD – Main Applicant
  • $300,000 USD – Main Applicant and a spouse (or dependent)
  • $350,000 USD – Main applicant and three dependants 
  • $50,000 USD – Each additional dependant under 18 
  • $75,000 USD – Each additional dependant over 18

OPTION 2

APPROVED REAL ESTATE

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $400,000

From January 2023 onward, only approved developments will be eligible for the Real Estate Investment Option under the new CBI regime. The minimum real estate investment required by law is $400,000, resellable after 7 years.

OPTION 3

PRIVATE HOMES SALE

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $800,000

Two or more main applicants may apply for citizenship by investment together by purchasing one piece of real estate, provided each main applicant contributes the minimum investment of US$800,000.

OPTION 4

APPROVED PUBLIC BENEFIT PROJECT

MINIMUM INVESTMENT - $250,000

From January 2023 onwards, the Alternative Investment Option (AIO) under the current CBI Programme is to be replaced by the newly introduced Public Benefit Investment Option where the minimum investment per application is US$250,000 in an Approved Public Good Investment, payable to an Approved Public Good Investor.
